Hivi karibuni, nchi ya Rwanda iliadhimisha miaka 15 tangu yalipotokea mauaji ya Kimbari yaliyosababisha vifo vya karibu watu milioni moja.
Nchini Tanzania, ubalozi wa Rwanda uliandaa sherehe fupi ili kukumbuka na mauaji hayo na kupanga mikakati ya kuzuia yasitokee tena.
Akihutubia katika sherehe hizo, Balozi wa Rwanda nchini Tanzania, Zeno Mutimura, anasema,
"Tunapoadhimisha miaka 15 ya mauaji ya Watutsi wa Rwanda, tunapaswa pia kujitazama tuko wapi, tunatoka wapi na tunaelekea wapi kama Taifa. Katika hali kama hiyo tunapaswa kuwa na majibu kwa maswali magumu kama yafuatavyo,
Nini chanzo, mchakato na utekelezaji wa mawazo yaliyosababisha mauaji ya Rwanda?
Mauaji ya kimbari ni asili ya Rwanda au yanaweza kutokea sehemu yoyote duniani?
Tumefanya au tunafanya juhudi gani sisi kama serikali ili kufuta giza nene lililoifunika historia yetu?
Je, tumepata somo gani kutoka kwenye mauaji hayo kama Rwanda wenyewe na ulimwengu kwa ujumla?”
anasema Balozi Mutimura.
Akieleza chanzo, athari na mipango ya Wakoloni iliyosababisha mauaji ya Kimbari ya Rwanda, Balozi Mutimura anasema,
"Kwa karne kadhaa Wanyarwanda wamekuwa wakitumi lugha moja, utamaduni mmoja na mazingira mamoja kama watu wa Taifa moja. Lakini utawala wa kikoloni ulifanya mbinu za kujjenga makundi ya kikabila na kuchochea chuki za kikabila pale walipoanzisha vitambulisho vilivyoainisha asili ya watu kikabila.
Hakuna anayeweza kupuuzia athari zilizotokana na mauaji hayo . Moja kati ya kumbu kumbu za mauaji hayo katika nchi yetu kama ilivyo kwa nchini nyigine yalipotokea, ni dhana ya mauaji na tabia yake ya kujirudia.
Ndiyo maana hili neno 'Mauaji ya kujirudia' limewekwa limepandikizwa na watekelezaji wa mauaji ya Wanyarwanda na wafadhili wao wa nje. Ili kuendeleza chuki dhidi ya Watutsi, wauaji hao wanaeneza fikra potofu kwamba kulikuwa pia na mauaji ya Wahutu yaliyotekelezwa na chama RPF na serikali ya Rwanda". anasema Balozi Mutimura.
Akieleza athari za dhana ya kulipiza kisasi katika mauaji ya kimbari, Balozi Mutimura anasema,
"Wauaji hawa wanaendelea kuua waliosalimika kwenye mauaji hayo. Hii inafanyika kama mpango unaoendelea wa kuwamaliza Watutsi ndani na nje ya nchi. Wanaendelea kuwaua waliosalimia ili kupoteza ushahidi unaopelekwa kwenye mahakama za jadi (Gacaca) na ile ya Mauaji ya Rwanda (ICTR) iliyoko Arusha. Wauaji hao walijaribu hata kulipua Makumbusho ya mauaji hayo."
Jambo la pili ni kuungana na Wafadhili wa nje wa mauaji hayo. Hii inafanyika kwa njia nyingi ikiwemo ya kuwatuhumu maafisa wakubwa wa jeshi la Rwanda kuwa walihusika na mauaji hayo wakati wao ndiyo waliojitahidi kuzuia mauaji hayo.
Mfano mzuri ni kukamatwa kwa Rose Kabuye aliyekamatiwa Ujerumani na kupelekwa Ufaransa akihusishwa na kudungua ndege iliyokuwa imembeba Rais Habyarimana.
Wakati tunayashuhudia mambo haya, tuna matumaini kuwa huu utakuwa mwisho wa udhalimu wa kimataifa unaotekelezwa na majaji kama vile Louis Brougierre na wengineo wan chi za Magharibi.
Jambo la tatu ni vita vinavyoendelea mashariki ya Congo. Wapiganaji wa Interahamwe walioshindwa vita Rwanda sasa wamejikusanaya katika muungano wao wa FDRL na kuunda jeshi ambalo limeanzisha mapambanao huko mashariki ya Congo.
Kwa nyakati tofauti wamekuwa wakiua Wa Congo wasio na hatia kwa lengo lile lile la mauaji ya Rwanda kwenye mipaka ya Rwanda.
Ieleweke kwamba mwezi February mwaka huu, Serikali za Rwanda na DRC zimeunda umoja wa kijeshi unaojulikana kama UMOJA WETU ambao sasa umeiharibu ngome ya FDRL iliyoko mashariki mwa DRC na kuwakamata baadhi ya wapiganaji na wengine wamekimbilia Rwanda. Walikuwa zaidi ya 1000.
Tunaamini kuwa umoja huu utakuwa endelevu na wenye mafanikio makubwa hasa kwa nchi za maziwa makuu. Tunaamini kuwa huu ni mkakati wa ndani utakaomaliza matatizo ya Afrika.” anasema Balozi Mutimura.
Akitoa tahadhari kwa nchi nyingine kuhusu mauaji hayo, Balozi Mutimura anasema,
"Kimsingi mauaji ya Rwanda yalitokea kwasababu ya utawala mbaya wa kikoloni yaliyo uliokuwa ukipinga uzalendo. Utawala wa Kayibanda na Habyarimana baada ya ukoloni uilirithi na baadaye kutekeleza siasa za kikoloni nchini Rwanda mpaka rwanda ilipoingia kwenye mauaji ya kutisha yaliyoishtua dunia.
Haya yanaweza kutokea popote duniani kuliko na uongozi wa aina hii.
Serikali ya Rwanda imekuwa ikifanya jitihada mbali mbali kufuta giza lililofunika historia yetu. RPF ilikomesha mauaji ya kimbari na kuanzisha serikali ya umoja wa kitaifa mnamo tarehe 19 Julai 1994 uliokuwa umepotea katika siasa na uchumi na kijamii.”
Hata hivyo bado Rwanda ina changamoto mbele yake,
"Changamoto iliyopo ni kuimarisha hali hii ili kuponya matatizo yaliyokuwepo yasitokee tena. Leo hakuna ubishi tena kwamba Rwanda imepata mafanikio ya kichumi, siasa na kijamii katika malengo yake ya mwaka 2020."
kutokanana na matatizo tuliyoyarithi baada ya kukomesha mauaji ya kimbari, tumeanzisha juhudi za awali ili kusuluhisha matatizo hayo.
Ndiyo maana tumeanzisha mahakama za Gacaca zenye mfumo wa kitamaduni uliokuwepo kabla ya wakoloni. Tulifikia hatua hiyo wakati nchi ilipokuwa inawashikilia watuhumiwa wa mauaji hayo zaidi ya 120,000 katika magereza.
Tangu wakati huo, Mahakama za Gacaca zimeshaamua kesi milioni moja na nusu kabla ya kumaliza muda wake baadaye mwaka huu.
Mahakama za kawaida nazo zimeshaamua kesi 10,000 wakati Mahakama ya Kimataifa ya kesi za Rwanda (ICTR) imeshaamua kesi 35 tu baada ya kutumia zaidi ya bilioni za dola za Marekani.”
Balozi Mutimura antoa ushauri kwa nchi nyingine,
"Uongozi wowote unaoendesha siasa za kuwagawa watu, unaweza kuwafikisha wananchi wake kwenye machafuko kama haya yaliyoifika Rwanda mwaka 1994.

We had a more relaxed day today. After breakfast Joe and Matt left to examine a well project and some of the ladies wanted to get measured for dresses. So, we all sorta went our separate ways. Pr. Bonnie, Joan, Cheryl, Shelly and Anna went to the market. It was fun to barter for the souvenirs we bought. Pr. Bonnie explained the bartering system. You don’t barter for essentials but souvenirs, the pieces of cloth we bought, etc. are up for bartering. Anna was doing a great job -Dinner was by invite. One of P.bonny friend invited us into his home. It was delightful to see him. There were many family members there - one being a bright young man named Nuhu.Today’s funny: Pr. Bonnie is an interactive listener. She asked Nuhu his name and how to spell it. He carefully spelled Nuhu (Noah) and then gave his second name, Peter. “How do you spell that?” Pr. Bonnie asked.We will never forget P - E - T - E - R (soooo very funny!) With each letter he gives, she is intently listening and writing it down and nodding, yes, yes. We told Pr. Bonnie that we hope it doesn’t come up in a future gospel lesson and that she doesn’t see any of us in the congregation because we will most certainly crack up and get her cracking up as well.

Tumaini Library under contraction
Tumaini administration focus on increasing the numbers of books along side with the area for study were the old library will not accumulate big number of student as the new one.the library view its good and with a lot of rooms for study’s. Student of Mkimbizi primary school 06:30am along side with their teacher practice how to apply fertilizer in growing plant and how water useful in plant growth also make decomposition for future use this help them to learn and apply in acture sense in which also student be able to learn the practical way of life.
Restriction of maize production in Town
Iringa region government took a measure to restrict its individual from grown maize in Town area and instead of maize people was advice to grow Beans as it has being shown in the photo at Mkimbizi area was taken by Nuhu. This is a good start to make a good look of the Town and rural remain the productive area. Same places in town were maize have grown big thief’s find as a hiding place’s.
Animal Transport
Iringa region 06:00 pm around Semtema area this photo was taken by Nuhu.there were two people coming from the farm were they went to harvest Tomato’s and their means of transport were Animal Donkey what really interested me was the sound produced by the animal’s when they climb the high hills, this animal have a strong muscular to hold any heavy staff. Also people who own them they don’t think about animal right.

Due to poor economy some students finds a better way to take a breakfast in dirty area eventho its risk but all in all we are just making a living. Prime minister Raila odinga speak that Robert Mugabe's government cannot solve Zimbabwe's humanitarian crisis, the Elders group of statesmen has stated.
Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga has called on the African Union to either deploy its own troops to Zimbabwe or allow the United Nations to send in its forces.
The Elders group also urged the Southern African Development Community to help contain Zimbabwe's cholera outbreak.

More than 3,300 people have died from the worst outbreak of cholera in Zimbabwe's history, which has infected nearly 66,000 people.
The epidemic has been fuelled by the country's economic meltdown, which has led to the collapse of the country's water, health and sanitation systems.

Spears' former manager sues star

Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi is suing the singer and her parents for libel and defamation.
The US lawsuit comes three days after a judge granted Ms Spears and her parents a restraining order against Mr Lutfi, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib and a lawyer.
Ms Spears' family have claimed Mr Lutfi had been controlling the performer's life by drugging her and taking control of her finances.
Mr Lufti said their claims have caused him "humiliation" and "distress".
He also claims in the lawsuit, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, that he has received death threats and "has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and public scorn".
Mr Lufti also claimed that her father Jamie Spears punched him in the chest in January, and that mother Lynne damaged his reputation by claiming he had given her daughter too much medicine. Ms Spears has staged a successful comeback after her public breakdown.
After releasing a new album in December, she is due to start touring across the US and the UK in March. According to her website, the singer has been "enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again".

Zuma to face court after SA polls

A high court in South Africa has postponed the corruption trial hearing for ruling African National Congress leader Jacob Zuma until 25 August.
Outside the Pietermaritzburg court, Mr Zuma told thousands of supporters if he quit it would be like admitting guilt.
The ANC leader is favourite to become president after general elections expected between March and July.
Correspondents say it means he may emerge from the polls with a criminal prosecution hanging over his head.
But if he wins a separate challenge to the case in South Africa's highest court - the charges will be dropped.

2008wooohhhh!!!! du!! its not an ocean or even a lake but it is a flood around NSSF area at a place called Baridi.happen in dar es salaam after the huge rain.mass of people fail to go on with their works due to flood that block the road,but that how we live during the rain season.and for us who leave in un planned area totaly we face dangerous problem....
